By sending artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We do not verify that beyond asking. We will not reproduce another business's branding, and we stop work immediately if a rights holder contacts us.
A flat PDF proof is issued for every job and nothing goes to press without your written approval. Once approved, the proof is the specification. If an error is visible on the proof and approved, a reprint is chargeable; if the delivered bags differ from the approved proof, the reprint is ours.
Tooling made for your job belongs to you once paid for, and we hold it for five years from last use. You may ask for it at any time. We do not use your die for anyone else, ever.
Print runs are subject to a ±5% tolerance on quantities above 250 — a printing-trade standard, caused by make-ready and spoilage. Below 250 we deliver the exact number ordered because we count them by hand. You are invoiced for what is delivered.
Pantone matching on coated white board is close to exact. On kraft, uncoated and laminated stocks, colour shifts — described on the finishes page — and this shift is not a defect. Where colour is critical, ask for a wet proof on the actual stock before the run; it costs £60 and settles the question.
Quoted lead times run from artwork approval, not from order. Bags are dispatched flat-packed by pallet or parcel depending on quantity. We are not liable for courier delays, though we will chase them with you.
First orders are payable in full before dispatch. Established accounts are thirty days from invoice. Tooling is invoiced on making and is not refundable once cut, because it exists.
Cancel before artwork approval and you owe nothing beyond any tooling already made. After approval, board has been ordered and press time booked, and cancellation is charged at cost incurred. Being a five-person studio, that cost is real rather than notional.
Tell us within fourteen days of delivery. Send photographs. If a batch is genuinely faulty we reprint it — we do not argue about small numbers, and we have never been made to regret that.
