Ordering
From first email to a flat-packed box on your counter is usually four to six weeks. Here is where those weeks go, and which of them you can shorten.
Bags are quoted width × height × gusset. The gusset — the depth of the bag when it opens — is the number that decides whether your product sits flat or gets forced in at an angle. Measure the thing going in the bag, add fifteen millimetres to each dimension, and match it to the nearest stocked size upwards.

The same logo behaves differently on every stock we hold. Ink sinks into uncoated kraft and softens; it sits crisply on coated white; on black it disappears entirely and needs foil. Deciding artwork first and stock second is the most common way an order goes wrong.
Six blanks, one of each bag, plus a swatch card of every stock and all five foils stamped onto the actual board. It costs £9 including postage, and that £9 comes off your first order. We would rather post it than talk you through the difference between matt and gloss lamination over email.
Send vector artwork with fonts outlined. We lay it up, mark the die position and send a flat PDF proof within two working days. Nothing goes on press without your written approval of that proof — and if you change the artwork after approval, the plates or die are remade at cost.

November is not a normal month. Anything needed before mid-December should have artwork approved by the second week of October, and we will say no rather than promise a date we will miss.
Your die, plates and approved artwork stay on file. A repeat of a previous job takes one email and no proofing round, and the price only changes if board prices have. We hold dies for five years from last use.
